Quality products start with quality raw materials.
John Hassall, Inc. procures its raw materials from only the most reliable domestic sources and can certify to the integrity of that material from the time it is received until the day it is shipped as finished product. We conduct in process and final testing within our own state-of-the-art metallurgical laboratory and sometimes utilize customer approved independent laboratories when needed. The tests we perform include spectrometry, metallography, shear/tensile/yield, hardness, stress rupture (creep), fatigue and non-destructive testing. Material and performance criteria are thoroughly documented, and as with aerospace product, maintained for ten years.
